Absolutely! The concept of Direct Primary Care is to be able to access to Dr. Chheda after hours for emergencies. You will not be routed to a triage service or a nurse. Simply call our office and follow the instructions to leave a message for the doctor.

For non-urgent concerns, we kindly request that you hold these questions for the following morning when our office reopens. However, if your child requires IMMEDIATE attention, please dial 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department. Your child's well-being is our priority.

It's designed to grant you access to your child's medical records whenever you require. Families with multiple children can access all necessary information with just one login.

Absolutely! We believe that accessibility to your doctor is crucial. That's why we're thrilled to offer Telemedicine appointments for our families through Harmony Pediatrics. Whether you're at home or away, you can have your child evaluated via your computer or mobile device. Please note that while telemedicine offers convenience, certain limitations to the examination exist. In-person visits may be recommended following a telemedicine appointment for a comprehensive assessment of your child's condition. 

Harmony Pediatrics follows the recommendations provided by the CDC and American Board of Pediatrics. However, we understand some families require a more customized approach. Please contact us to discuss further your family’s needs. We do carry all GA school required immunizations in the office.

In alignment with our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, we have transitioned away from BILLING any insurance plans. This decision enables us to prioritize personalized care and an enduring patient-doctor relationship, unburdened by the complexities of insurance billing. Our commitment to your child's well-being remains unchanged as we focus on delivering comprehensive, transparent, and accessible healthcare through our membership model. We do recommend you hold insurance for needs outside of the office. We do accept HSA funds to pay for the membership.
